One of my favorite inquiries to receive are those from expecting mothers, especially first time Mom’s. There is just so much unbridled love for their little one brewing just below the surface, nestled right in between the lines of the emails. There are so many unknowns, even when they know the sex, but yet contacting me is another [x] on the checklist that they happily take on.

Melissa was one of these Mom’s, contacting me just a few months out as they were expecting their first son’s arrival. There is no trace of exaggeration when I email back how excited I am, because really, there isn’t much sweeter than to witness a new family just completely taken by their new family member.
